✨ Overview: This 50-hour Yoga Alliance continuing education training is for yoga teachers and serious practitioners who want to better understand how to share their offering, connect with the right students, and feel more aligned with their public presence — without losing their authenticity or values.
We’ll explore yogic principles, communication tools, and practical strategies for developing your voice as a teacher. This training is not about “becoming an influencer,” but about staying real while reaching those who need what you offer.

You’ll attend 32 in-person yoga classes (1h15 each) at Yogic Spirits — any style you like: Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Hip Mobility, Yogalates, Yin-Yang, etc.

Each participant will prepare a short personal presentation explaining how they intend to apply what they’ve learned — with a focus on clarity, vision, and authenticity. No pressure to be perfect — this is about growing into your voice. You’ll receive individual feedback and mentorship from the Yogic Spirits team and the other participants.
