Meditation – Presence, Breath & Stillness with Robin

This class alternates between seated and walking meditation, inviting you to cultivate mindfulness and awareness both in stillness and in motion. The breath serves as your main anchor, while you’re also invited to explore complementary techniques such as visualization, mantra repetition, and body awareness — allowing each practitioner to discover the method that resonates most deeply.

Each session includes:
🧘‍♂️ Seated meditation focused on breath awareness
🚶 Walking meditation to nurture mindfulness in movement
🌬️ Exploration of complementary techniques (visualization, mantra, body scan)
😌 Final relaxation and integration

This gentle practice helps regulate the nervous system, clear the mind, and awaken an inner sense of peace and contentment. It is open to complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners wishing to deepen their meditation journey.

With regular practice, you may:

✔️ Improve concentration and mental clarity
✔️ Strengthen resilience and self-awareness
🗣️ Class in French (English explanations available)

About the teacher: Robin has been practicing meditation for several years through different traditions, including Zen and Vipassana, and has taken part in numerous retreats.He also had a life-changing experience living as a Buddhist monk in Thailand, which deeply enriched his understanding of meditation.Today, he shares this inner wealth to guide others toward greater peace and happiness.
