Hatha Flow Yoga blends the grounding presence of traditional Hatha Yoga with the graceful transitions of Vinyasa. This practice combines breath-synchronized movement with moments of stillness, offering a calm yet energizing experience.
Each class is designed to help you strengthen the body, release tension, and cultivate inner balance, moving mindfully between postures with a steady and accessible pace. The practice includes a variety of standing, seated, and reclined poses, always guided by the rhythm of the breath and a sense of flow.
Hatha Flow is a perfect bridge between static and dynamic styles — ideal for students who want more movement than in Hatha, but with less intensity than Vinyasa.
Led by Viresh in a warm and supportive environment, this class helps you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner calm.
